Naomi is a passionate advocate with over 10 years championing marginalized groups including refugees, immigrants, children & those previously incarcerated. An alumna of Iona University, she works currently for Emanuel Lutheran Church as Community Life and Outreach Coordinator.

Frank is a husband, father, grandfather, and civically engaged businessman living and working in Hartford’s SoDo neighborhood.

Jared lives and works in Hartford. He values the city as a dynamic place connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.

Longtime Hartford resident, foster-parent, retired state employee, long-term advocate of literacy, English as a the second language, citizenship, social justice, community service and civic engagement.

Richard is a co-founder of Hartford Decide$. He works for Community Capacity Builders and is an active member of the Hartford community.
